When making the reservation, 50% of the total for the stay must be paid.

You may cancel your reservation up to 5 days before the start of the stay without any charge, and the total paid will be returned in a period of 30 days from the cancellation request.

If a cancellation is made within the 5 days before the start of the stay, only the amount for the first night will be charged, the rest being returned in a period of 30 days from the cancellation request.

In case of not arriving at the campsite on the start date of the stay, the reservation will be kept during the number of days covered by the deposit paid.

Once the stay has started, all stipulated days will be paid for, even in the case of leaving before agreed.

The deposit for the reservation will be discounted from the invoice, except in the case of breakage, missing household items, loss of keys, or lack of cleanliness, in which case the corresponding sum will be discounted.

Minimum stay in July and August is 7 nights, 3 nights at Easter and 1 nights at low season.

Arrival time: from 13:00 to 22:00.

Checking out time: before 12pm on the agreed day.
