The five minutes that you will take to read these norms could save you in anemergency.After reaching your site familiarise yourself with your surroundings and findout where the fire-fighting equipment is.
If you discover a fire:
1.- If it is a small fire, extinguish it and inform reception.
2.- If it is a big fire, act calmly to avoid panic spreading. Inform a campsiteemployee as quickly as possible. Clear the area using the nearestemergency exit. If there is a lot of smoke cover your nose and mouth with adamp towel. Do not waste time in collecting your belongings.
In the event of evacuation:Act calmly.
1.- Do not use your car.
2.- Help anyone who needs help.
3.- Contact the campsite employees for information or help.
1.- Tell Reception where you are located in the campsite.2.- You are recommended not to smoke in bed inside the caravan or tent.Unplug electrical appliances after use and handle gas appliances with greatcare.
3.- We are afraid that we cannot be responsible for any valuables that arekept in your caravan or tent. Valuables may be handed in at Reception forsafekeeping, free of charge.
Do not leave valuables in plain view and do not leave doors and windowsopen when leaving your caravan or tent.Do not hesutate to contact the Staff if you observe anything suspicious oralarming, or if you need help.

Campers: who leave when Reception is not open must settle theiraccount the day before.
The day: finishes at 12:00 midday.
Any camper: who leaves their tent for one or several days must pay thesame price as if they had spent the night in the campsite.
Skateboards: the use of electric scooters by minors under 18 years of age inside the campsite is prohibited.
Visits: no visitsare allowed unless they are expressly authorised by the Management.
Noise: you are requested to keep the volume of your TV and radiocassette low and ensure any noise or conversation does not disturb yourneighbours.
Hours of silence: From 00:30 to 08:00. Vehicles may not be driveninside the campsite during these hours.
Rest hours: From 22:00 to 00:30 and from 15:00 to 17:30. Pleaseremember that your neighbours may be sleeping during these hours.
Fireand theft: The Management is not responsible for fire or theft nor is Itresponsible for any damage that may be caused by falling trees orbranches.
Barbecues: barbecues are not allowed inside the campsite for reasonsof safety. There is a barbecue area next to the children’s playground.
Dogs: They must be tied inside your site.
Rubbish: rubbish must be sealed with plastic bags before throwing on thebins.
Drinking fountains: they are solely for drinking and must never beused for washing up or other purposes.
